If the withdrawal is made 48 hours before starting your booking we will refund your money minus the value of the commission charged by the Stripe payment platform plus 1€ for management costs, if it is made after these 48 hours we will NOT accept any claim or request for REFUND.
If for any reason Megalockers decides to refund, the user must take into account that the refund will be reduced by the value of the commission charged by the Stripe payment platform plus a €1 handling fee.
