Megalockers is an automated luggage 🧳 and baggage locker service 🛍️ that offers you the possibility of renting any of its lockers for periods of 6 hours or from 1 day onwards up to 365 days of the year.

Do I have to book in advance? ✍️2023-08-24T11:44:36+00:00

✅ Yes, booking is ONLY done online, you can NOT pay on the premises.
The bookings have to be done in advance and are valid from the moment at which they are done. You can do it at the same time you are planning your trip, some days or hours before, or at the door of the premises subject to availability.

In case of error or cancellation of my booking 🤦‍♀️ Can I ask for a refund?2023-10-10T10:38:29+00:00

👉 If the withdrawal is made 48 hours before starting your booking we will refund your money minus the value of the commission charged by the Stripe payment platform plus 1€ for management costs, if it is made after these 48 hours we will NOT accept any claim or request for REFUND.

If for any reason Megalockers decides to refund, the user must take into account that the refund will be reduced by the value of the commission charged by the Stripe payment platform plus a €1 handling fee.

What if I made a mistake when booking the size, time or date? 🔀2023-10-10T10:38:35+00:00

Any cancellation or modification if made within 48 hours of starting your booking we will refund your money minus the value of the commission charged by the Stripe payment platform plus € 1 for management costs, if done after 48 hours we will not accept any claim or request for REFUND.

If for some reason Megalockers decides to refund, the user must take into account that the refund will be discounted the value of the commission charged by the Stripe payment platform plus €1 for management costs.

The only exception to this rule is if you need to change the size of the requested box office, the timetable, or the date, and as long as there is availability. All this, 48 hours before the start of the first booking.

To do this, the steps to follow are:

– Make a new booking of the desired size, date or time.
– Send us a WhatsApp from our website requesting the refund.

The amount will be refunded within 72 hours, deducting the commission charged by the Stripe payment platform plus a €1 administration fee.

You can do it at the website 💻 or if you need assistance, you can write us at our WhatsApp 📱👈🏼 .

The booking process will take only 1 minute and our website is totally adapted to smartphones and tablets.

In the unlikely event of an incident at Megalockers, we have an insurance policy in place 🔐🔐🔐.

Our recommendation is that you do not store high-value items.

This insurance does not cover the loss of money, jewellery, precious stones or metals, watches, plasma screens and in general technological objects (LCD, GPS navigators, mobile phones, computers, tablets), works of art, antiques, memory cards or any other medium containing data or images.

Please note that the storage of your travel documents as well as your personal documents (passport, driving licence, etc.) is at your own risk and responsibility.

During the booked time you can open and close your locker whenever you want.

If you wish to leave your luggage in a luggage room you have booked, the Megalockers premises is open continuously (by entering your booking code) from 👉🏼 07:00h to 22:00h 👈🏼.

If you wish to collect your luggage, you can enter the premises 👉🏼 24 hours a day 👈🏼 (also by entering your booking code to access the premises).

We are open every day of the week.

You will be able to enter the Megalockers premises with the access code, 👆🏼 but you will not be able to access your locker until you have paid the penalty, which can be 0.95€ for a range of 1 to 15 minutes, or 1.9€ for a range of 15 to 30 minutes and so on.

Once on the premises, you can consult on the module screen the payment link with the total settlement according to the delay time.

You enter the premises by typing in the numerical code you received when you made your booking on the keypad at the entrance to the premises. This code is valid from the moment you start your booking.

While making your booking you will receive 📧 a QR code and a numerical code in your e-mail, you acced your locker by scanning this code at the QR code reader or by typing in the numerical code received on the touch screen.

Megalockers has strong security measures such as heavy-duty locks 🔒, reinforced doors 🔐 and 24h-hour surveillance system 🎥 to prevent theft and guarantee the security of the objects stored, in addition to an insurance policy.

If you have forgotten something inside the locker, send us a WhatsApp 📧 or an e-mail and we will arrange with you to send a forwarder or a person to pick it up.

After 20 days 📅 from the end of the Megalockers service and the user has not contacted us to collect their luggage leaving the locker empty, it is understood that the user authorises Megalockers to destroy any object and/or document found in the locker as it will be considered abandoned, expressly and irrevocably exonerating and waiving any compensation and/or claim for damages against Megalockers.

If the user claims their belongings before completing the 20 days, Megalockers will return them as long as this person has paid all the charges derived from the rental of the days in which their personal belongings were in our custody.

✅ Yes, you can access your locker as many times as you want during the contracted time, as long as you have not confirmed on the screen your departure and completion of the booking.

The price per locker will be the price indicated on our website 🌐 at the time of contracting, and you can take advantage of the offers in force at any given time.

😉 Sure you can, you just have to write to our customer service channels, email or WhatsApp, we will manage the extension of your booking.

🚨 At least 1 hour before your booking expires and provided that the locker is not already allocated for a later booking.

👉 Luggage or personal objects that are abandoned inside the premises and that are not safeguarded in any of the lockers available for this purpose, whether or not there is a booking for this, will remain at the complete disposal of Megalockers as it will be considered abandoned, expressly and irrevocably exonerating and waiving any compensation and/or claim for damages against Megalockers.
