Any cancellation or modification if made within 48 hours of starting your booking we will refund your money minus the value of the commission charged by the Stripe payment platform plus € 1 for management costs, if done after 48 hours we will not accept any claim or request for REFUND.

If for some reason Megalockers decides to refund, the user must take into account that the refund will be discounted the value of the commission charged by the Stripe payment platform plus €1 for management costs.

The only exception to this rule is if you need to change the size of the requested box office, the timetable, or the date, and as long as there is availability. All this, 48 hours before the start of the first booking.

To do this, the steps to follow are:

– Make a new booking of the desired size, date or time.
– Send us a WhatsApp from our website requesting the refund.

The amount will be refunded within 72 hours, deducting the commission charged by the Stripe payment platform plus a €1 administration fee.
